1. Payment & Merchant of Record
Your payment of $149 is securely processed by our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle handles all global tax compliance, secure payment routing, and receipt generation. SERP Cluster does not store your credit card information.
2. Account Provisioning & Email Matching
This Deal utilizes a frictionless checkout process. The email address you input during the Paddle checkout must match the email address you use to subsequently register your SERP Cluster account. Your 30,000 credits and lifetime discount status are permanently bound to this specific email address and cannot be transferred to a different user.
3. Definition of "Lifetime"
The term "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the SERP Cluster product and company, not the lifetime of the purchaser. As long as SERP Cluster is operational and supported, your account will remain active, your 30,000 initial credits will never expire, and your 25% discount on future credit top-ups will remain permanently valid.
4. Deliverables & Workspace Limits
Credits: You will receive a one-time allocation of 30,000 credits to be used across the platform's intelligence tools. Credits roll over indefinitely.
Workspace: This is a single-user Deal. Multi-user team support and collaborative workspaces are not included in this tier.
API/Agentic Access: The current Deal provides access to the SERP Cluster cloud UI. Upcoming programmatic integrations (such as Model Context Protocol/APIs for internal AI agents) will be rolled out as Alpha Access to this tier, subject to fair-use rate limits to prevent server abuse.
5. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Your purchase is protected by a 14-day risk-free guarantee. If the platform does not meet your operational needs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date by contacting support. Upon processing the refund, your SERP Cluster account and remaining credits will be deactivated.
6. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention
Account sharing, reselling the Lifetime Deal, or utilizing automated scripts to scrape the SERP Cluster UI outside of official API/MCP channels is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
