Welcome to SERP Cluster. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SERP Cluster (operating as a Sole Proprietorship in India), governing your access to and use of the services provided by serpcluster.com. By creating an account, subscribing, or using our engine, you agree to these terms.
1. Description of service
SERP Cluster provides a unified GEO and SEO intelligence suite. Our core services include, but are not limited to, semantic keyword clustering, live SERP intent analysis, cloud-based Technical Site SEO Audits, AI Readiness diagnostics, AI Visibility tracking, and Google Search Console (GSC) analytics.
2. Merchant of record (Paddle)
Our order process is conducted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle is the authorized reseller of our services and handles all customer service inquiries, billing, and returns related to the payment process.
3. The credit economy & job authorizations
Initiating a "Job" or "Audit" authorizes the deduction of credits from your shared workspace balance based on the selected processing intensity. Credit consumption rates are fluid and subject to change to reflect fluctuations in third-party API costs, compute resources, and platform updates. Exact costs are always displayed in the platform interface prior to job execution.
- Semantic & SERP Clustering: Billed dynamically per keyword based on processing layers (Baseline semantic grouping, Intent classification, Live SERP analysis).
- Technical Site SEO Audit: Billed dynamically per crawled URL based on the current platform rate.
- AI Readiness Audit: Billed at a flat credit rate per completed domain diagnostic.
- Google Search Console (GSC) Audit: Billed in tiered processing buckets that scale dynamically with raw data volume and query count.
- AI Visibility Tracking: Billed dynamically per search query run across selected LLM answer engines.
4. Acceptable use & crawling authorizationNew
By initiating a Technical Site SEO Audit or AI Readiness Audit, you expressly warrant that you are the owner, authorized administrator, or have received explicit consent from the domain owner to perform deep server crawls on the target URL.
- You agree not to use our crawlers to execute Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, maliciously overload third-party servers, or bypass target domain
robots.txtdirectives for illicit scraping. - You agree not to reverse-engineer, systematically scrape, or resell raw API access to SERP Cluster without enterprise authorization.
5. Third-party integrations & Google dataNew
Our platform integrates with third-party APIs (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google APIs) to provide insights.
- Google API Limited Use: SERP Cluster's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Data Volatility: Generative AI models and search engine algorithms are highly volatile. SERP Cluster provides diagnostics "AS IS" based on real-time data captures, but cannot guarantee historical permanence.
6a. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee for initial transactions. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

6b. Credit reimbursement
If a clustering job or site audit fails due to verified internal infrastructure errors, credits are automatically returned to your account balance within 24 hours.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of SERP Cluster shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
SERP Cluster is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous uptime of third-party APIs, the absolute accuracy of search data, or specific SEO ranking outcomes resulting from our audit recommendations.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bajrang and SERP Cluster from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or unauthorized crawling of domains you do not hold rights to.
