These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SERP Cluster (operating as a Sole Proprietorship in India), governing your access to and use of the services provided by serpcluster.com. By creating an account, subscribing, or using our engine, you agree to these terms.
1. Description of service
SERP Cluster provides an AI-driven keyword clustering engine designed to organize raw search data into semantic silos and actionable content roadmaps. Our core service includes semantic grouping, search intent classification, and real-time SERP-live analysis.
2. Merchant of record (Paddle)
Our order process is conducted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle is the authorized reseller of our services and handles all customer service inquiries and returns related to the payment process.
By purchasing credits or subscriptions, you agree to Paddle’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms.
3. The credit economy & multipliers
Initiating a "Job" authorizes the deduction of credits based on the selected processing intensity:
- Semantic clustering (Baseline)1.0 credit / keyword
- Intent classification layer1.5 credits / keyword
- SERP-live analysis layer2.0 credits / keyword
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial transactions. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

5. Credit reimbursement
If a job fails due to verified internal infrastructure errors, credits are automatically returned to your account balance within 24 hours.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of SERP Cluster shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
SERP Cluster is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of search data or specific SEO results.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bajrang and SERP Cluster from any claims resulting from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
9. Prohibited use & Termination
Scraping our platform, reverse-engineering the engine, or exploiting credit bonuses is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
10. Account Deletion & Retention
Users may request account deletion at any time via the Settings dashboard. To prevent accidental data loss, accounts are placed in a "Pending Deletion" state and are permanently purged from our active databases 30 days after the initial request.
During this 30-day window, you may cancel the deletion request to restore access. Please note that certain transaction data may be retained as required by law or for Merchant of Record (Paddle) compliance.
