Privacy policy

Effective date: February 3, 2026

At SERP Cluster, managed by Bajrang (Sole Proprietorship, India), we prioritize the security of your proprietary SEO data. This policy outlines our commitment to transparency regarding the collection and processing of your information.

1. Information we collect

Authentication & Profile

We use Google OAuth via Supabase to manage accounts. We access only your name and email address to identify your account and manage credit balances.

Usage Data

We store cluster metadata and job history to provide your dashboard experience. Raw keyword lists are held temporarily in memory/cache during active processing.

2. Third-party processors

We process data on the basis of Contractual Necessity to provide our services. Your data is shared with the following sub-processors:

  • Paddle: Our Merchant of Record for global payments. They handle all PII related to billing.

  • Supabase & Upstash: For database hosting, authentication, and job queuing.

  • AWS & Google Cloud: For core AI engine hosting and compute resources.

3. Data retention & account deletion

Raw keyword input data (CSVs) is purged from our processing cache immediately after the clustering job reaches a "Completed" or "Failed" state.

30-day deletion grace period

If you request account deletion, your data enters a "soft-delete" state. All associated profile data and cluster metadata are permanently purged 30 days after the request, ensuring compliance with Paddle's billing reconciliation requirements.

We do not utilize your proprietary SEO data or cluster results to train public AI models. You retain 100% ownership.

4. Your rights

Under global data protection laws (GDPR/CCPA), you have the right to access, rectify, or export your personal data. You may exercise these rights at any time by contacting us through the information provided below.
